DETAILS: Worldwide Music Alive is having a North Bay Area "meet & greet" BBQ, and everyone is invited. This is also an opportunity for other Musicians to network with other North Bay Area Musicians of all types and Genres, and for you to learn more about this awesome organization. Mountaindawg has been invited to perform, and there will be lots of other talented Artists sharing their music, including Shirley King (BBs Daughter), SaKiya Hooker (John Lees Daughter), Tony Saunders (Merls Son), Hippie Uprising, Xava, Cat Mclean, Easy Leaves, C.T. Cruisers, Marcus Smith of The Whispers, and more. There will be food venders, or bring your own picnic (no glass bottles please) and be ready to have some FUN. This is a wonderful organization dedicated to keeping LIVE Music going and helping bring back Music programs in public Schools. They are also helping Children meet with local Musician mentors. Join Mtndawg in supporting this cause that is so dear to his heart.

DETAILS: Mountaindawg has been invited for the 6th year to share his original Heartfelt Rock with the attendees of the Santa Rosa Downtown Market on 2 evenings during this 2010 season, June 16th & August 4th. The Market is located along Fourth Street in downtown Santa Rosa and runs from Mendocino Ave, to "E" Street, plus from 5th to 3rd Street along "E" Street. Look for Mtndawg near the front of the "Sweet Spot Pub & Grill" and "Mary's Pizza". This Event is Sonoma Counties largest and most popular Farmers Market and street faire. Every Wednesday night, from May 26th to September 1st 2010, the Downtown Market brings the community together to celebrate and showcase the bounty of Sonoma County by offering fine foods, fresh produce, a wonderful variety of entertainment, and handmade arts and crafts.

DETAILS: Sonoma County Band "Midnight Sun" hosts & headlines this 2nd annual event, and has invited Mountaindawg. Mtndawg Joe plans to perform as a full electric 4 piece band, including Garth O'Brien, Freddie Araiza, and Erik Deste. Along with Mountaindawg and Midnight Sun, there will be some amazing musical talent performing all day long at this outdoor Art & Sustainable Technology Fair, including: "West African Allstars", "The 808 Band", "Thugz", "Blusion", "Pathos",and more. Held in a grassy Redwood Grove tucked behind the historic "Pink Elephant", snuggled between the Russian River and Redwood crested mountains. The location is only 10 miles from the Pacific Ocean, and 70 miles North of San Francisco, with plenty of free parking and an array of accomodations in all types and prices in this popular resort area on the Russian River, in Sonoma County. Mountaindawg is getting ready to release 2 new CDs.
They are coming along great!
DETAILS: With the changes in the band last year, Mtndawg decided to wait to release "Handmade", which includes 10 electric ORIGINAL Mtndawg songs he recorded with Fast Freddie on Drums & Mark Eads on Bass Guitar in 2006. Instead, he has immersed himself writing and recording some Solo-Acoustic songs, and has been performing mostly Solo the last few years. The new CD will be appropriately titled "Mostly Solo Joe". Both CDs will be completed soon. See the home page for more info.
